Build Skills That Open Doors Across Every Industry
Business touches everything, from healthcare systems to tech startups, nonprofits to global corporations. ACU’s Bachelor of Science in Business Administration gives you a comprehensive foundation in how organizations operate, grow, and succeed. You’ll graduate ready to lead teams, launch ventures, or manage resources with confidence and integrity.
What sets ACU apart? You won’t just study theory. Through case studies, business simulations, and hands-on projects, you’ll apply what you’re learning to real organizational challenges. Our faculty bring industry experience into the classroom and invest personally in your growth. With a 17:1 student-to-faculty ratio, you’ll build relationships with professors who become mentors long after graduation.
This program is designed for students who want more than a credential. Whether you’re drawn to the fast pace of marketing, the people-focused work of management, or the innovation of entrepreneurship, you’ll find your path here. The curriculum builds competencies employers value most: analytical thinking, clear communication, financial acumen, and ethical decision-making.
You’ll also gain something many business programs overlook: a framework for leading with integrity. ACU integrates a Biblical Worldview throughout your studies, helping you think critically about business ethics, stewardship, and your responsibility to serve others through your work. This isn’t an add-on. It’s woven into how we teach accounting, marketing, management, and every other discipline.
Choose from three concentrations to focus your degree: Entrepreneurship for aspiring founders and small business owners, Management for future organizational leaders, or Marketing for those passionate about connecting products and services to the people who need them. Each pathway builds specialized skills while maintaining the broad business foundation employers expect.
See Business Through a Biblical Lens
Every business decision carries ethical weight. At ACU, you’ll learn to recognize those moments and respond with wisdom rooted in timeless principles.
A Biblical Worldview doesn’t limit your thinking—it expands it. You’ll explore questions that purely secular programs often skip: What does stewardship mean for financial decision-making? How do you lead teams in ways that honor human dignity? What responsibilities do businesses have to their communities?
Here’s how this framework shapes your learning:
In Accounting and Finance, you’ll study financial principles alongside Biblical concepts of stewardship and honest reporting. You’ll understand that numbers tell stories about trust, responsibility, and the resources entrusted to organizations.
In Marketing, you’ll examine the ethics of persuasion, truth in advertising, and how to serve customers rather than manipulate them. You’ll learn to build marketing strategies that create genuine value.
In Management, you’ll discover leadership principles that prioritize serving others over self-advancement. You’ll study organizational behavior through the lens of how people are designed to flourish and contribute.
In Business Ethics, you’ll work through complex scenarios using frameworks grounded in Biblical truth, preparing you to navigate real-world dilemmas with clarity and conviction.
This approach produces graduates who don’t just succeed professionally—they lead with integrity and make workplaces better for everyone around them.
