Our Residence Communities
ACU houses over 500 students across five distinct residential areas, each designed to support your journey from freshman year through graduation.
Freshman Halls
- Liberty (men) & Freedom (women): Traditional halls where first-year students build lasting friendships
- Independence: Mixed community of freshmen, transfers, and upperclassmen
Upperclassman Living
- Constitution Apartments: Apartment-style living with single and double room options
- Patriot Complex: Three buildings offering variety from double rooms to singles with private bathrooms
Every room comes furnished and ready for you to make it home. One-time $150 housing application fee required.
Community Life
Our professional Residence Directors and trained Resident Assistants create environments where you can thrive. From coffee nights to service projects, intramural teams to late-night conversations, residential life is where transformation happens.
Community Standards: We maintain quiet hours (10 PM – 10 AM) and other guidelines that help everyone succeed academically while building authentic relationships.
Who Lives on Campus?
All full-time, unmarried students under 23 live on campus—it’s part of the transformative ACU experience. Limited exemptions available for students 23+, married students, or those living with parents locally.
