Getting from “accepted” to “enrolled” doesn’t have to be complicated. We’ve broken down everything into clear, manageable steps. Your EMS will guide you through each one, but here’s your complete roadmap to officially joining the ACU family.

✓ Financial Foundation

1. File Your FAFSA

  • School code: 007113
  • Priority deadline: March 1 (but we accept year-round)
  • Your EMS will help maximize your aid package

2. Review Your Financial Aid Award

  • Check your student portal for your official offer
  • Accept or adjust your aid package
  • Explore additional ACU scholarships you may qualify for

3. Complete Financial Aid Requirements

  • Submit verification documents (if selected)
  • Sign Master Promissory Note (if taking loans)
  • Complete entrance counseling (if first-time borrower)
  • Your EMS will guide you through each document

4. Finalize Your Financial Clearance

  • Understand your bill and payment options
  • Set up payment plans if needed
  • Get cleared by the Business Office

✓ Academic Preparation

5. Submit Final Transcripts

  • High school (with graduation date)
  • All colleges attended
  • Test scores (if applicable)

6. Register for Classes

  • Meet with your EMS for course selection
  • Build a schedule that fits your life and goals
  • Get registered for your first semester

7. Complete Placement Testing (if required)

  • Math and/or English placement
  • Schedule through the Testing Center
  • Free and designed to set you up for success

✓ Campus Life Setup (for on-campus students)

8. Apply for Housing

  • Access the housing portal once admitted
  • Submit housing application at arizonachristian.erezlife.com
  • Pay one-time housing application fee

9. Get Your Room Assignment

  • Assignments released in May, June, and July waves
  • Must be financially cleared for assignment
  • View your placement on Populi and Erezlife

10. Attend New Student Orientation

  • Required for all new students
  • Choose from multiple summer dates
  • Parents/supporters welcome at special sessions

11. Confirm Your Enrollment

  • Pay enrollment deposit (applied to your first bill)
  • Receive your ACU student ID
  • Get your ACU email activated

12. Prepare for Move-In

  • Review what to bring checklist
  • Connect with your roommate
  • Mark your calendar for move-in day
