Course Description
BIB 302 continues the systematic theology sequence begun in BIB 301, moving into the doctrines that sit closest to the heart of Christian faith: the person and work of Jesus Christ, the doctrine of salvation, the ongoing ministry of the Holy Spirit in and through the church, and the eschatological hope Scripture holds out.
The course is designed to deepen students' spiritual life as much as their theological vocabulary. Studying Christology, soteriology, pneumatology, ecclesiology, and eschatology together at this level lets students see how the doctrines actually fit together — and how each one shapes how Christians live and worship.
