Designed to provide students with a comprehensive overview of the function of eukaryotic cells at the molecular level. Topics of coverage include transcription, translation, and regulation of gene expression; DNA replication; and regulation of cell growth, proliferation, and differentiation; as well as the molecular tools available to investigate these aspects of biology. Lab fee required.
