This course will allow students to learn and explore the concept of leadership, including its theoretical foundations, definitions, styles, the traits of leaders, and the roles and responsibilities of leaders. Course elements and assignments will focus on identifying, assessing, and evaluating leadership styles, group dynamics, values, and ethics. In addition to the subject matter content, this course will emphasize the skills of effective writing, critical thinking, and ethical reasoning.
