A child development course at Arizona Christian University.
Child life practica are 3 credit courses with 60 hours of service required per credit hour, each course totaling 180 hours. The students will apply child life course content to practice. It is recommended that the practicum be completed under the direct supervision of a certified child life specialist. Practicum experiences will include coursework requiring weekly application assignments and interaction with the instructor and fellow students in online discussions.
