Course Description

Intermediate French I is a course designed to help students further develop concepts introduced in French 101 and 102. Students are given the opportunity to read and analyze literature and develop an awareness of the history and culture of French-speaking people. It continues comprehensive instruction and practice in listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Three hours of lecture per week plus one arranged lab hour per week.
