This course trains students in how to use assessment data to write IEPs as well as develop appropriate curriculum for students with disabilities. It also includes a study of the history of the law surrounding services for students with disabilities and the application of current laws. Students will review various program service models and supports through the lens of the current laws. Professional responsibility and ethics are an integral part of the course and are presented through a biblical worldview.
