Green Named to GSAC All-Conference Team
GLENDALE, Ariz. – ACU beach volleyball player Aubri Green has been named to the Golden State Athletic Conference (GSAC) Beach Volleyball All-Conference Team, according to an official release from the conference office earlier today. She is ACU’s lone All-Conference Team member.
A Wahiawa, Hawaii native, Green was 3-5 in GSAC play this season in matches that she participated in and was 2-1 in conference play doubles when paired with teammate, Rebecca Nowak.
Head Coach Sarah Blomgren praised Green’s season, saying, “Aubri is super deserving of this spot on the All-Conference Team! She has been our most consistent athlete both in skill and in hard work this season. I have been able to rely on her in clutch moments, not to mention the fact that she makes any partner that she is paired with better. I am super excited to have one more year with her and hope to see her reach a level even higher than the one she reached this season!”
Green and her team play one final, non-conference home match against Embry-Riddle (Ariz.) on Sat., April 10 at 11 a.m. Arizona Time at Scottsdale Ranch Park in Scottsdale, Ariz.
