A Win Over LPU Caps 4-1 Days
Mesa, Ariz. – Completing their first GSAC Round Robin, Arizona Christian capped a two days of 4-1 matches with a 4-1 win over Life Pacific on Thursday.
The ACU Sandy Birds (5-1) jumped out to a 3-0 lead after winning at twos, fours, and fives. Haley Brown and Riley Brown cruised through their twos match as they allowed just 13 points in two sets. Emily Katzer and Jaiden Zeis collected the win at fours. Allowing just 16 points themselves, Alyssa Robles and Kapri Espinosa eased through the fives to seal the team win.
After LPU claimed their single win at the ones, Eliana Cho and Abigail Nelson split the first two sets before winning without much trouble in the third set.
