What Is an Unofficial Transcript?

An unofficial transcript is an uncertified copy of your academic record, which includes all courses taken and grades received for a specific program at ACU. Unofficial transcripts do not carry the university’s official seal and are typically used for personal reference or preliminary application purposes.

There is no fee for unofficial transcripts.

How to Get Your Transcript

Current Students

Current students can download unofficial transcripts directly from their Populi account:

Go to the Student tab in Populi, then choose Export Transcript under Transcript Actions.

No request form is needed — your transcript is available instantly.

Former Students

Former students who no longer have access to their Populi account can request unofficial transcripts from the Office of the Registrar.

Fill out the electronic transcript request form and choose the Unofficial Transcript option in the Delivery Method.

Requests are processed within 3–7 business days.

According to FERPA, the Office of the Registrar must have written permission to release student transcripts. No transcripts — official or unofficial — will be sent unless requested through the proper channels. There is no fee for unofficial transcripts. Requests are processed within 3–7 business days.
