Current students can access unofficial transcripts and enrollment information anytime through Populi. Alumni and former students can request official transcripts through our secure ordering process. We also offer apostille authentication for documents used internationally.
All transcript requests are processed in compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). Your records are never released without proper authorization.

Need to verify your enrollment status or degree conferral for an employer, lender, or government agency? ACU partners with the National Student Clearinghouse to provide instant verification. You can also contact the Registrar’s Office directly for custom verification letters.
If your legal name has changed due to marriage, divorce, or court order, contact the Registrar’s Office to update your academic records. You’ll need to provide a copy of your updated government-issued ID or court documentation. Address and contact updates can be made directly in Populi.
Whether you’re ordering your diploma for the first time after degree conferral or need a replacement for a lost or damaged copy, use the diploma order form below. Diplomas are printed and mailed to the address you provide.
If you’ve completed coursework at another accredited institution, our records team can evaluate those credits for transfer to ACU. Send your official transcripts from your previous school to [email protected] or have them mailed to our office.
