Acrobatics & Tumbling Moves To Emerging Sport Status At All NCAA Levels
Glendale, AZ- The National Collegiate Acrobatics & Tumbling Association (NCATA), the governing body under which Arizona Christian competes, announced over the weekend that all three NCAA divisions now officially list acrobatics & tumbling as an emerging sport.
Head Coach Brandy Duren stated, “This is truly exciting times for the sport of Acrobatics & Tumbling. I have high hopes that the NAIA will soon also recognize Acrobatics & Tumbling as a sport as well!”

For the Firestorm, 2020 was their second season of acrobatics & tumbling competition. ACU looks forward to year three in 2021.
